1. How many impressions does your website(s) receive on an annual basis? (Please provide us an official report from your Web Analytics system or provide access to your Web Analytics interface which shows your monthly impressions for the last 3 months. (Ex: Web Analytics Products include Google Analytics, Yahoo Web Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics, etc.)

2. Please provide examples of URLs where you had placed our ads?

3. Please provide us with all the sources of traffic to your website(s)? (Please provide us an official report from your Web Analytics system or provide access to your Web Analytics interface which shows your primary referrers of traffic for the last 6 months.
